We are looking for a priest for Limhamn Parish, based at Bunkeflo Strand Church. The parish strives to be relevant to people of all ages and in different life situations. Limhamn Parish should be a context where the individual meets people, themselves, and God.

The position involves varied tasks within the church's core activities, working closely with other staff members and parishioners. There is both opportunity and expectation that you, as a priest, wish to contribute to the development of the operations. You will serve one weekend per month at Tygelsjö Church. Work throughout the parish and in other parishes within the deanery (Church of Sweden in Malmö) may also occur.

• High Masses, weekly services, and church ceremonies

• Parish care in the form of chaplaincy groups, pastoral counseling, confession, and home visits.

• Catechism classes (Confirmation preparation)

• Active contribution to the parish's communication and collaboration with society

You are a Christ-centered preacher, liturgically and ecumenically aware, and grounded in the faith, doctrine, and life of the Church of Sweden.

• Ordained as a priest according to the Church of Sweden's order

• Good experience of working in parish activities

• Very good ability to communicate and collaborate with people of all ages

• Experience working both independently and in teams

• Digital competence and familiarity with using IT in daily work

• A praying, praising parish that longs to hear God's word.
